Zwilling 5 star knives at Azbuka Vkusa

Started in November and ending in March 2020, Azbuka Vkusa runs a loyalty programme where customers can collect for ZWILLING 5 star knives.

The ZWILLING 5 star programme consists of 6 different knives and is perfectly complemented by a stick blender, a cutting board and a knife block with sharpening system. 

The globally known brand ZWILLING offers chef-worthy knives and helps consumers create culinary masterpieces. In every continent the brand's products are used in thousands of restaurants and millions of homes, providing excellence for more than 285 years. 

For every $4 spent in Azbuka Vkusa's physical and online store, customers can earn 1 credit to redeem up to a 100% discount. The stamps can only be collected for digitally via the retailer's customer card 'Taste'. 

To support the execution, the retailer launched the StorePAL application simultaneously. StorePAL replaces ‘mystery shoppers’ with on the-spot digital intelligence. It’s designed to let retailers immediately evaluate the impact of their loyalty programmes, enabling them to identify underperforming stores during the programme itself and to rectify any problems immediately.
