Digital Project Manager

Please note: this role pertains to our daughter company - IceMobile!We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team at IceMobile. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including our platform deliveries, custom mobile, and web app launches, and digital loyalty campaigns.For this position, we expect you to be a tech- and UX-savvy professional with an understanding of how technology can help us achieve our and our clients’ business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time-management skills. As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and clients (internal and external stakeholders). Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within the qualitative, timeline, and budget requirements.Your responsibilities: Provide end-to-end project management throughout the whole project lifecycle; Scope project requirements and prepare the project plan, budget, and team structure to execute it;Execute the project(s) according to plan, monitor progress, and make sure corrective actions are in place in case of deviations from the budget, scope, quality, or timeline;Define and track project risks, mitigation strategy, and contingency plans;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing according to the client’s and our own business needs;Provide various kinds of project reporting, to make sure internal and external stakeholders are informed of the project status;Develop support documentation including risk logs, process overviews, requirement specifications, etc.;Collaborate with the team and ensure successful project delivery;Act as a process owner in the team and seek continuously process improvements and learning opportunities.

Our creative loyalty programs enhance the engagement of the consumers to the retailer and we take away any risk for the retailer due to our global scale.Your team and responsibilitiesOur Program Management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy people, better business. We are looking for a new colleague to join our powerful team and work closely together with all other departments within BrandLoyalty as well as our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs all over Europe. Creating projection (CRM data crunch, spend requirement, stamp value, mechanism, participation, product ratios, market RRPs check, collecting quotes for all foreseeable costs, etc);Creating delivery plan and aligning with sourcing, logistics and client;Coordinating with different departments for requirements of introducing products to local market;Supporting on the internal approval process for new sales opportunities;Training store staff about the campaign (roadshows, etc.);Follow up on projects defined during briefing meeting;Provide and analyze weekly and monthly program results;Daily contact with the client and internal stakeholders on preparation process;Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.
