Because you are well organized, passionate about HR processes, process improvement & administration!👨👩👧👦 The position and your team As an HR Operations Officer, you will be part of our Global Total Rewards & HR Operations team based in Den Bosch. A team that can best be described as our silent heroes! They make sure everything is well organized for all BrandLoyalty colleagues. This varies from giving new colleagues a warm welcome during the onboarding, answering all kinds of questions regarding contracts of policies, acting swiftly to changes, to sending them a birthday card, and everything in between with the patience of a saint.As we are a global company, you will work for and with our global HR team, legal department, and multiple offices worldwide. Additionally, you will contribute to optimizing the HR processes.In the role of HR Operations Officer, you will:Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the HR and payroll systems.Handle first-line questions from our employees and managers.Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, and performance evaluation forms.Drive processes related to health & safety.
