You are based in Toronto, ON and will become a part of the North American team with another office in Dallas, TX.Your responsibilitiesDevelop BrandLoyalty business in Canada by both hunting and farming, including approaching prospective grocers, identifying their commercial and marketing goals, leading the solution development and pitching processes to fulfil their needs. Become/retain a status of a trusted advisor and center of expertise to clients, an integrated part of their business. This client-facing role is focused on helping clients understand that our loyalty campaigns and creative platforms can drive and shape retailers marketing funnel.Furthermore, this role is strong and commercially minded, and you need to be capable of building the right client relationships, together with the sales team, at the senior level to push decisions. Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while having fun managing customer expectations.
