As a Sales Director, you are responsible for helping our clients that are retailers to provide the best loyalty solutions for their shoppers. You know the Polish retail industry by heart and want to work with the most fantastic brands such as Disney, WMF etc. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting specific customer problems and new business development.Your team and responsibilities;Maintaining relationships with local retailers and work within established systems to develop solutions, generate new opportunities and ensure all customer demands are met; Develop and implement a relationship management plan for client accounts to identify and build relationships with clients and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues;Work together with our client marketing department to set up presentations to our clients;Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the client relationship management system after each contact with a client to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective client retention and business development activities.Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met. Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the clients' needs, together with quantities and product configurations.Identify potential clients by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing clients and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences. Carry out delegated activities to support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project and the design of mitigating solutions.
