Sales Director Loyalty Solutions

As a Sales Director, you are responsible for helping our clients that are retailers to provide the best loyalty solutions for their shoppers. You know the Polish retail industry by heart and want to work with the most fantastic brands such as Disney, WMF etc. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting specific customer problems and new business development.Your team and responsibilities;Maintaining relationships with local retailers and work within established systems to develop solutions, generate new opportunities and ensure all customer demands are met; Develop and implement a relationship management plan for client accounts to identify and build relationships with clients and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues;Work together with our client marketing department to set up presentations to our clients;Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the client relationship management system after each contact with a client to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective client retention and business development activities.Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met. Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the clients' needs, together with quantities and product configurations.Identify potential clients by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing clients and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences. Junior GL Accountant

The Finance Shared Service Center at the head office (Den Bosch) of BrandLoyalty provides accounting and analytics services to all entities and is the finance center for excellence for the company. The department is divided into 2 teams handling different aspects of the business; all financial transactions regarding the NSO’s and all financial transactions regarding sourcing activities.You communicate frequently with budget holders, program management, and other departments as well in the Netherlands as in other parts of the world where BrandLoyalty is located.We are hiring a new team member for the team handling invoices and banks.Your responsibilities:Supporting the accounts payable process by posting invoices and managing the approval process of invoices;Preparing payment proposals and making/maintaining reports on outstanding payable positions;Supporting cash management activities (e.g. bank statements, reconciliations);Support the monthly financial closing process by preparing reports on several sections of the financial administration (e.g. AP, AR, cash management, etc.);Take part in projects to improve the efficiency of the AP process.

Product Manager

Our product management department is the center of our business. You know everything within your product group and are the category ambassador within the organization.Your team and responsibilitiesAs a Product Manager it is your goal to ensure continuous product availability for current and future loyalty programs worldwide. Together with your category sourcing team (Product Management, Sourcing and Quality) you are BrandLoyalty's knowledge center for the product ranges and concepts in the assigned categories. You know everything that is happening within your product groups. With the help of your category sourcing team it is your responsibility to manage these product categories including lead management, product development, and product data management. Your success will be in your ability to deal with challenges – such as changing requirements and fixed deadlines – and to keep developing and delivering the products needed while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.Product knowledge centerYou will be BL's knowledge center for all the products in the assigned categories. Together with your Category Sourcing Team you'll make sure the knowledge is built out and maintained;Category management of existing ranges in the portfolio including licensed products and direct buys;Present product information and category plans to key internal and external teams in a comprehensive, clear and tactical manner;Category analysis based on programme performance;Monitoring external environment by visiting fairs/other relevant events;Execute product life cycle management (phase in/phase out decisions).Product developmentTogether with Portfolio you initiate New product development and create the briefing for your category sourcing team;Act as project team leader in your category sourcing team where you cooperate with dedicated stakeholders to execute product development of new products;You are in contact with Brands and License partners for product- and program approval;Familiar with manufacturing process, costs and capabilities, partner with category sourcing team to ensure fast track timelines are embedded;Deliver the product ready to launch including packaging, pricing, positioning, passport and brand pack (in cooperation with Marketing).Programme preparation, planning and executionConsult the Sales and Operations department in the lead management phase on product availability, product status and existing concept possibilities;Set up of the framework of the loyalty program from Sourcing side, working closely together in project teams with all internal departments involved.
