Business Controller

Are you an entrepreneurial Business Controller who wants to grow and develop and help bring our Finance and Control organization to the next level? As Business Controller in this position, you focus on our sourcing department, however you will develop a broad view of the business. You support business decisions by providing analytical insights on various topics ranging from Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Product Pricing and valuation, Sourcing Management and Business Intelligence. Monitoring and improving operational processes, including alignment within the organization is a critical part of this position. Your team and responsibilities You will be surrounded by talent from all over the world in our office in Den Bosch in a team of 3 Business Controllers sourcing. You will be responsible for risks management on the sourcing side on various subjects within the sourcing controlling team: Manage the worldwide inventory positions of the company and report hereon to stakeholders Act as the key contact person and central escalation point for the organization on inventory related topics, including contacts with auditors Challenge and maintain correct inventory valuation Month end close of sourcing entitiesSupport, maintain and develop risk management processesMaintain internal control framework and safeguard SOx complianceCollaborate with auditorsHave a support role to various sourcing departments on relevant topicsAct as a sparring partner to other Finance colleagues and local management on business/financial topicsSupport the decision-making processes of sourcing departments by ad-hoc analysis and related advisory

We are looking for work students for one or more days a week, for a number of months at BrandLoyalty in Den Bosch.  Work student Data Analytics & Insights – StorePalAs a work student in the Data Analytics & Insights team, you support 18 professionals together with 4 other work students. Your responsibility is to document everything around our own digital tool StorePal, a tool designed to monitor and develop all in-store activation around our loyalty programs. Think about setting up surveys, analyzing the dashboard, create reports in Powerpoint and Excel and contact our Project Managers all around the globe to discuss the results and collect input. Next to that, you support the Data Analysts with their daily tasks.

Vous serez responsable de la coordination de nos programmes de fidélisation, tout en garantissant l'excellence opérationnelle et la rentabilité. Vos responsabilités comprendront, mais sans s'y limiter ;Création de projections (analyse des données CRM, mécaniques, participation, ratios de produits, recherches, collecte de devis auprès de fournisseurs, etc.);Gérer et coordonner les ressources internes et tierces parties dans l'exécution sans faille des promotions de fidélisation (matériel marketing en magasin, chaîne d'approvisionnement, etc.);Élaborer une planification de programme détaillée en alignement avec l'approvisionnement, la logistique et le client afin de s'assurer que les projets sont livrés à temps, dans les limites de la portée et du budget;Gestion des risques et prise de décision au quotidien;Établir, gérer et maintenir avec succès la relation avec le client et tous les intervenants impliqués;Soutenir le processus d'approbation interne pour les nouvelles opportunités de vente;Fournir et analyser des rapports hebdomadaires basés sur les ventes, les livraisons et les stocks;Assurer le suivi des projets définis lors de réunions;Planifier et gérer l'ensemble du processus de livraison et de retour des clients;Coordonner avec différents départements les exigences d'introduction des produits sur le marché local;Contact quotidien avec le client et les intervenants.
