The Information Technology (IT) Security Engineer (DevOps) is responsible for the protection of BrandLoyalty against internal and external IT-related threats. He/she assists teams to implement IT security policies and controls across the organization specifically within the DevSecOps environment while working with third-party suppliers to deliver secure development services. Next to this the IT Security Engineer DevOps manages and maintains the security tools and automates security reporting for day-to-day operations and management.Your role and responsibilities:Protection of the organization DevOps environments against internal and external IT-related threats;Compliance with IT security requirements (regulatory, internal, external e.g. from BrandLoyalty’s customers);Improve our organization's capabilities to detect and respond to IT security threats in a fast and appropriate manner;Help teams to adopt security practices & available security tools and drive security by design.Main tasks:Manage the DevOps security tools so they can be used by the various business units;Help the business to implement security DevOps tools and adopt security by design;Making sure ‘IT security by design’ is integrated into our operational processes (DevSecOps, change management, incident management);Make sure that security vulnerabilities, threats, and events in network and host systems are monitored by the responsible teams;Stay up to date with evolving infrastructures & technologies;Anticipate new security threats;First contact for all internal technical security-related questions.The desired outcome of the activities of our IT Security Engineer is:Appropriate protection of the organization against internal and external IT-related threats;Fast detection of IT security threats and fast and appropriate response;Shift left of the Security capabilities to the development & operations teamsThe output of the activities of our IT Security Engineer is:Properly managed security toolset;Adoption of the security tools within the various environments;Regular compliance updates (dashboard);Regular information of developments within the threat environment;Training and awareness sessions to aid technical teams to adopt security best practices.

We are looking for an experienced marketing technology and data driven marketer to be the subject expert for our North American market.The Marketing Technology director is, first and foremost, a technologist. The role requires the ability to liaison within the marketing function of the business and then translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver the best digital loyalty solutions. Your team and responsibilitiesThe Director, Marketing Technology & Analytics primary role is to integrate digital marketing expertise, performance-focused data analytics and technology product development into the heart of our market offer. This strategic leadership and client-facing role is focused on helping clients understand our brand and can shape a retailers digital marketing funnel by developing technology platforms necessary for retailers to run our promotions. Besides that you are also managing large external and internal data sets to plan, monitor and measure loyalty performance. This position is also responsible for helping BrandLoyalty build its own CRM and digital promotion campaigns to expand our business portfolio and maintain a long-term dialogue with the US and Canadian food retail industry. The role is based in Toronto, Canada, with expectations of regular travel to North American retailers and the company Netherlands headquarters.To summery your daily job;Set the vision and plan for the future of Marketing Technology.
