BrandLoyalty is looking for you!As a CX Researcher, you are responsible for being the expert in shopper motivation, journey, and experiences with our solutions. The insights you derive from research, to drive sales and grow our business, help in designing the solutions and their mechanics, strongly supporting a consumer-driven sales approach, while proving and improving the impact of our loyalty solutions.And that is only the beginning! You share these insights into the business with impact, amongst others by leading insights workshops, creating compelling reports and dashboards. You dare to try new things and remain on top of the latest research methods. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on insights and analysis required for campaign measurement and CX research is of key importance to this role. Our creative loyalty programs enhance the engagement of the consumers to the retailer and we take away any risk for the retailer due to our global scale. *internal job title is Program ManagerYour team and responsibilitiesOur Program Management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy people, better business. We are looking for a new colleague to join our powerful team of 4 project managers and work closely together with all other departments within BrandLoyalty as well as our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs within the US and Canada. We are specifically seeking a candidate with experience in analyzing and interpreting data (sales reports, Program trends) on one hand, and client facing experience and a commercial mindset on the other hand. You are responsible for giving structure and professional coordination to our loyalty programs, while ensuring operational excellence and costs effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Creating projection (CRM data crunch, spend requirement, stamp value, mechanism, participation, product ratios, market RRPs check, collecting quotes for all foreseeable costs, etc);Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of loyalty promotions (in-store marketing materials, supply chain, etc.);Develop a detailed program planning in alignment with sourcing, logistics & client to monitor and track progress for ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;Risk management and decision making on a daily basis;Successfully establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders involved;Supporting on the internal approval process for new sales opportunities;Provide and analyze weekly reporting based on sales, deliveries and stocks;Follow up on projects defined during briefing meeting;Planning and managing the entire client delivery and return process;Coordinating with different departments for requirements of introducing products to local market;Daily contact with client and internal stakeholders on preparation process.
