Coles helps shoppers to reduce food waste

RVKB storage boxes at Coles Australia

Following the success of the Stikeez fruit and veggies programme, Coles is encouraging shoppers to reduce their food waste.

From 24th April, shoppers at Coles supermarkets in Australia can save for RoyalVKB storage boxes. Every time a shopper spends $20, and scans their Flybuys card, they receive 'container credits'. Once they have collected enough container credits shoppers can redeem them against one of the fresh food containers, and receive the item for free!

This is the first time a loyalty porgramme such as this has been run in Australia, and Coles is once again at the forefront.

The programme runs until July. There are 6 items to collect.
