We believe that the future of retailing will be driven by data, which will need to be skillfully analysed. In the new customer-steered dynamic, 'Give to Get' will be the rule: if we want customers to give us something (their data, loyalty, money), we will have to give them something worthwhile in return.

At the RLC in 2015, we explored how retailers can close the loop between data insights and consumer engagement.
