The VP of Sales at BrandLoyalty USA is a pivotal client facing role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit with a fine balance of hunting and farming, creativity and project management, financial planning and networking, all to become a thought leader in loyalty solutions for US grocers.

You are based in Dallas, TX and will become a part of the North American team with another office in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Your responsibilities

Develop BrandLoyalty business in the US by approaching prospective grocers, identifying their commercial and marketing goals, leading the solution development and pitching processes to fulfil their needs. Become a trusted advisor and center of expertise to clients, an integrated part of their business. Deliver target annual KPI’s, including revenue and net margin.

  • Create a market/acquire market share in the US by building and acting upon a targeted sales pipeline;
    - Prospect development, Identifying and qualifying opportunities.
    - Understanding business scenarios/needs and solutions
    - Submission of proposals, final negotiations and closure.
  • Build strong networks of influencers, stakeholders and decision makers at clients;
  • Lead the full cycle of business, from discovery to offers development to client presentations to negotiations to deal closure to delivery to end-program;
  • Facilitate the collaboration between all internal teams and stakeholders at a global scale in a multinational environment for all program-related developments;
  • Manage business models of solutions, subject to corporate compliance, bear full P&L responsibility for sold programs;
  • Proactively seek and attend networking and industry-related events.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Proven track record of 7+ years in consultative selling of complex solutions to US grocers directly and/or via major partners/vendors at C-suite and VP level;
  • Customer-centric, with clear structured approach and attention to details;
  • Persistent but open-minded and relevant;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to learn and innovate;
  • Strong presenter, negotiator, collaborator and influencer;
  • Respectful yet challenging team player with focus on facilitation;
  • Excellent communication skills in US English verbal and written;
  • Willing to travel frequently, both domestically and abroad.
