The VAS Supply Chain Manager is responsible for giving structure and professional coordination to our loyalty programs while ensuring operational excellence and cost-effectiveness. Your team and responsibilities:

• Give support and advice regarding pre-promotional VAS activities;
• Guard quality and cost-effectiveness of VAS activities;
• Coordinate and report repack: request quotations, plan repacks together with our Logistics Service Provider, and monitor the progress of the repacks;
• Rates: request and approve quotations, and maintain rate book;
• Packaging: Maintenance of Packaging Catalogue in cooperation with Sourcing, ordering of packaging material and announcement of deliveries, source packaging suppliers;
• Create and maintain repack manuals;
• Anticipate program results;
• Administrative tasks like taking care of subcontracting orders and stock differences;
• Efficient and reliable handling of the incoming purchase invoices and outgoing sales invoices;
• Keep close contact with all internal and external stakeholders;
• Analyze operational excellence, advising future solutions and supply chain improvements;
• Review selected partners (supplier and logistics provider), creating detailed performance-based reports;
• Analyze initial set-up, calculating accuracy and identifying improvement areas;
• Initiate improvement projects;
• Evaluate/review the repacks and give feedback to Supply Chain Management;
• Create supply chain solutions and visible improvements.

Which qualities do you bring?

• Educational background or comparable experience in Supply Chain Management/Warehousing/Packaging;
• 3+ years of experience in an international SCM environment: warehousing, planning, sea-, air- and road freight, global transportation;
• FMCG familiarity is an advantage;
• Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office) and ERP systems (preferably SAP);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (verbal and written);
• Strong time-management skills;
• Problem-solving mentality and ability to anticipate issues in advance;
• Proactive and hands-on;
• Team player, willing to learn and share knowledge;
• Analytical skills are a plus.
