Treasury and Finance Assistant

Are you intrigued by the prospect of joining BrandLoyalty?  We are looking for a Treasury & Finance assistant, who will be based in our head office in Den Bosch.

As a Treasury & Finance assistant, you will be supporting the Cash Manager and Treasury Manager in managing all aspects of the international finance-and cash management responsibilities. This includes ensuring the correct processing of payments, preparing several cash-and currency reports as well as supporting several administrative tasks. 

The Treasury & Finance Assistant will also be the backup for the Cash Manager during his absence.

Your team and responsibilities:

  • Providing support in managing daily cash positions, cash pool activities,  and funding of all international subsidiaries;
  • Assisting in the cash flow forecasting process;
  • You will act as the administrator of the Electronic Banking system;
  • Interaction with banks for all bank account management, operational-and user management related topics;
  • Monitoring and reporting of external-and IC AP/AR, as well as aligning with the AP/AR colleagues globally to optimize positions;
  • Supporting FX hedging and trade finance-related activities (bank guarantees);
  • Assisting with several activities and project assignments within the Treasury and Finance departments.


Which qualities do you bring?

  • Relevant education on MBO/HBO level;
  • Work experience within a finance department: preferably within an international environment;
  • Treasury-related work experience is not required, but a pre;
  • Being eager to learn is essential;
  • Good communication skills, English is a requirement (both verbal and written), while Dutch is a pre;
  • Good level of knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel);
  • Hands-on mentality, organized approach, attention to detail;
  • Taking ownership and not afraid to be proactive;
  • Intrinsically motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
