Talent Acquisition Specialist

We need you to create long-term human resources planning and to build a high-quality workforce, find and connect the right talent at the right time at the right place. We are happy to welcome you in our global HR team and give you a global responsibility when it comes to talent acquisition. Together with the team of two people based in Den Bosch take care of all new hires in the America’s, EMEA and APAC.


Your team and responsibilities 

To further professionalize recruitment, we are looking for a full-time Talent acquisition Specialist. Talent acquisition services our organization to attract the right/qualified people at the right time. You are responsible for further improve the entire recruitment process, ranging from pro-actively searching for candidates to screening CV’s to contracting new employees. You will coordinate all Brandloyalty and IceMobile recruitment processes.


  •  Determine Sourcing, - Marketing and event strategies;
  •  Recruit via headhunting;
  •  Recruit with the use of recruitment Marketing;
  •  Create, optimise and implement our candidate journey;
  • Brandloyalty representative at different platforms (network communities offline as well as online);
  •  Talent management within Brandloyalty (internal mobility);
  •  Select candidates via phone and face to face interviews;
  •  Supporting hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle, from intake to job offer;
  • Digitalisation of recruitment, with the use of innovative ideas/projects;
  • Building of relevant talent pool and on regular basis keep in touch with future potential employees;
  • Collaboration with the teams within HR (services and development).

Requirements

Who are you?

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Affinity and/or experience within tech recruitment marketing and employer branding;
  • Experience with recruitment Marketing;
  • Interest on recruitment innovations;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills;
  • Goal and result oriented, hands-on/can do mentality.
