Support Officer

Do you wish to join our office in Moscow as a Support Manager? This is a role which encompasses varied responsibilities, combining cross-departmental support duties.
You will be supporting not only Marketing and Finance, but also exercising an office management function within the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Marketing support:
    Support the Marketing manager with all kinds of functions:
    - Preparation of presentations;
    - Getting approval of brands/clients;
    - Sending out requests for pricing;
    - Creating comparison tables;
    - Implementing client designs into the system;
    - Documenting the workflow with marketing agencies;

  • Finance:
    - Receiving primary documents from suppliers;
    - Compliance procedure control with new vendors;
    - Checking client agreements/documents;
    - Process control;

  • Office management:
    - Inbound and outbound correspondence;
    - Visa, hotel and ticket arrangements;
    - Pitches for medical insurance, lease cars;
    - Corporate events organization, etc.

  • Organizing the document workflow.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You possess a higher education diploma/degree in a relevant field;
  • Fluent/good command in English;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising;
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Office Administration/Management support;
  • You are detail-oriented and a strong communicator;
  • You have an eye for processes and workflows;
  • You know how to prioritize;
  • Your attitude is proactive and commercially-driven.
