Your team and responsibilities
You are part of the Supply Chain Management department in Hong Kong.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for giving structure and professional coordination to our loyalty programs, while ensuring operational excellence and costs effectiveness.

Project Preparation:

•Frequent communications with sales teams on potential project preparations;

•Communicate with vendors for capacity/delivery discussion and project support;

•Organize meetings with Sales teams and Logistic department to set up project protocol;

Project Execution:

•Production and shipment planning;

•Communicate with vendors regarding the daily operations on delivery and production;

•Update and analyze deliveries;

•Communicate with sales teams for potential purchase order planning;

•Create PO in SAP and get internal approval;

•You are also responsible for all physical and administrative stock movement within the approved schedule;

•Coordinate and report repack, order materials, create packing manual for suppliers;

•Efficient and reliable in handling the incoming purchase invoices and outgoing sales invoices in SAP;

•Support with the program and SAP systems, monitor and maintain stock movements in SAP, work closely with Sales, Logistics and Finance department for daily operations;

Project Analysis:

•Analyze operational excellence, advising on future solutions and supply chain improvements;

•Analyze initial set-up, calculating accuracy and identifying improvement areas.

Requirements

Which qualities do you bring?
•You have a degree in Supply Chain Management;
•5+ years of experience in international SCM: warehousing, planning, sea, air and road freight, global transportation;
•Experience working in MNC, can cope with a multi-cultural working environment;
•Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office);
•Experience of SAP systems is an advantage;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbal and written) and good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese). Japanese (spoken) is a plus!;
•Strong time-management skills;
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and solve problems;
•Pro-active, hands-on mentality;
•A good team player.
