Senior Program Manager

Your team and responsibilities

Our Program Management department is at the centre of the business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues. We are looking for a new colleague to join the team in South Africa and who can travel frequently and who can work closely across all other departments within BrandLoyalty Headquarter.

  • Creating projections (CRM data crunch, spend requirement, stamp value, setup program mechanism, define participation, product ratios, market RRPs check, collecting quotes for all foreseeable costs that are program related, etc);
  • Creating delivery plan and aligning with sourcing, logistics and client;
  • Coordinating with different departments relating to introducing products to the local market;
  • Supporting on the internal approval process for new sales opportunities;
  • Training store staff about the campaign (roadshows, etc.);
  • Follow up on projects defined during briefing meeting;
  • Analyse and provide weekly and monthly program results;
  • Daily contact with client and internal stakeholders on preparation process;
  • Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.


Who are you?  

  • A Bachelor or University degree;
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in relevant industries;
  • Basic understanding of FMCG & a commercial affinity are an asset;
  • Highly analytical and affinity with Logistics
  • Good marketing knowledge with experience in working with advertising agencies
  • An interest in the retail landscape, their operations and focus areas plus a passion for visiting stores to understand the retail business; 
  • Enthusiastic in widening your knowledge about the retail industry/kids marketing and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
  • A flexible problem solver/keen multi tasker, with the ability to anticipate changing circumstances; 
  • Passionate about coordination between all stakeholders [internal and external] from beginning to end, such as; assist with the sales pitch, concept development, program design, implementation, supply chain and final evaluation.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) in English;
