Job Position

The Brand Marketeer directly reports to the Manager Brand Marketing within the marketing department, being led by the Marketing Director. This role is located at Brand Loyalty Den Bosch HQ. 

Job Purpose
The Brand Marketeer is responsible for different brands and manages all consumer driven marketing and communication related activities around these brands and connected products and categories. The Brand Marketeer is responsible to optimize, create and launch brand and concept stories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create a yearly marketing plan for each brand and execute that plan
  • Develop in-depth understanding of consumers and brands relevant to our programs while exposing and connecting the added value of brand marketing with sales
  • Expose and connect the added value of brand marketing with NSO’s and within other disciplines

Job Tasks

  • Define, defend, review and renew brand positioning and brand guidelines
  • Be brand owner and pro-actively create new initiatives to be presented in portfolio and product meetings
  • Gather insights and generate consumer knowledge to build the brand story and relevant content
  • Continuously optimization of full 360 communication brand support pack for relevant programs
  • Create and deliver content on the brand and bring this into live in communication materials and internal and external events


  • 5+ years professional experience in (multiple) Brand Marketing roles (FCMG or Retail is a plus)
  • Expertise in Marketing & Communications in relevant industries (TV Production, Advertising, Communication, Media etc);
  • Proven in brand and/or concept building and 360 campaigns
  • A hands-on marketeer with an affinity for storytelling
  • Keen to widen your knowledge about the retail industry and share your knowledge with your colleagues both within marketing and the wider business.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbally as written
