Your team and responsibilities

As a Senior Application Manager, your goal is to expand the capacity to develop new strategies and Globe applications and provide coverage for business-critical applications. You will be responsible to reduce through-put time and get value to market predictably. You will join a team of four Application Managers on all levels. As a team you support the business for all processes in the flows of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.

• Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the business information applications of BrandLoyalty to support our business operations, goals and objectives;
• Translate business requirements into information management solutions / the optimal configuration of the applications;
• Maintain good relations with the Key-user community;
• Responsible to keep the operation running;
• Suggest application/environment improvements;
• Second and third line application support to business key users;
• Design solutions to meet business and functional requirements;
• Responsible to monitor service operations of the relevant IT Service Providers.

What qualities do you bring?

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably with international focus;
• A bachelor or master’s degree;
• Excellent communications skills and you are (nearly) fluent in English;
• SAP certificates SD and MM;
• Experience with (EDI) integration solutions
• Experience with Azure would be a big plus;
• Agile, Scrum, Lean mindset would be a big plus;
• The ability to multitask with a sense of urgency while dealing with the business demanding support as well.
