SEC Financial Reporting Analyst

As the SEC Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support the Company’s process to ensure external financial communication is performed in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.

Your team and responsibilities

You will be working closely with your team and report to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting.

  • Draft reporting materials, including earnings press release and SEC filings (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q)
  • Lead the preparation/collection of supporting documentation for SEC filings
  • Perform administration of stock-based compensation expense reporting and EPS reporting
  • Support the external auditors' audit/reviews of SEC filings
  • Research technical accounting issues and their related impact on disclosures under U.S. GAAP
  • Support Sarbanes Oxley compliance process related to equity and financial reporting
  • Perform government and other regulatory reporting
  • Partner effectively with various functions within the business including those at remote locations, as well as legal counsel
  • Support significant transactions, such as acquisitions



What qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Current experience with US GAAP and SEC Reporting regulations
  • Public accounting audit experience on an SEC client, preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
