BrandLoyalty Den Bosch is looking for a Scrum Master, promoting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and learning cycles, enhancing the maturity and performance of several Scrum teams throughout our organization. Curious? Read on!
Your team and responsibilities:
You are responsible for great team dynamics and supporting team communication. You do that by means of increasing agility, steering discussions, and advocating for focus.
Via Agile frameworks & methods, you are supporting transformation, solving impediments in such a way that the teams can continue to function properly.
You support the product owners with backlog management and the teams with transparency. By having the right conversations with the organization, you are increasing organizational awareness about what the agile way of working means for the managerial approach and how the teams can be effectively empowered with self-organization and self-steering mechanisms.
In a nutshell:
Support DataOps development team with Scrum (20 hours/week)
Support Insights with agile coaching (12 hours/week)
Which qualities do you bring?
· An ‘HBO’, Master’s degree or a relevant working experience;
· Scrum master/Agile certification;
· 3+ years of experience as a Scrum master;
· Experience in training and coaching of Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps;
· Like to design sessions and facilitate teams;
· Experience with facilitating professionals in their personal agile development path;
· Open mindset, humorous, respectful, and strict approach;
· Affinity with IT or data.
