Salesforce Application Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

Your team and responsibilities

You will join a team of four Application Engineers on all levels. You are however the only one with in-depth Salesforce knowledge and experience. So, we count on you! To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator, you should possess good knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You're experienced with Salesforce releases and Salesforce deployments. You will ensure that your Salesforce expertise translates into optimized department operations.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities: 

  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups;
  • Maintaining the Sales & Services Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards;
  • Providing training and support;
  • Documenting processes;
  • Preparing reports for Sales and other departments;
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products;
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration;
  • Provide application expertise on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the business requirements.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Supplemented with Salesforce Certified Advanced
    Administrator and/or Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
