Our Project Management department is at the centre of the business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues, and therefore with this ever-growing workload, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team of 4 in Neu-Isenburg.

Your team and responsibilities

As our Project Manager, you will be operating as a communication interface for our clients, suppliers and our national and international colleagues. In consultation with our customer team, you will be in charge of planning, calculating and budgeting our loyalty programmes. Guided by your coordination and supervision, based on your analysis and statistics, the (inter)national flow of goods and the success of the projects will be ensured. Risk management and troubleshooting as well as working independently and making profound decisions will be part of your daily routine. Also, you will conduct customer visits together with your colleagues.

  • Provide and analyze weekly reporting based on sales, deliveries and stocks;
  • De Focus of this position is on the calculation, forecasting and reporting;
  • Follow up on projects defined during briefing meeting;
  • Coordinating the development of client operational and supply chain procedures and tools;
  • Collaborate to the production and shipment planning with the supply chain manager and other internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinating the execution of Marketing materials/in-store activation initiatives;
  • Planning and managing the entire client delivery and return process;
  • Supporting on the internal approval process for new sales opportunities;
  • Coordinating with different departments for requirements of introducing products to the local market;
  • Daily contact with the client and internal stakeholders on the preparation process.


Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience within a role where project management is a big part of your day
  • Good Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and German verbally and written
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working close with clients
  • You have the desire to move things forward, to contribute your own ideas and implement them self-contained as well as in project teams.
