Our Program Management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy clients, happy consumers, and happy colleagues. You would be in charge of preparing, leading, monitoring, and executing programs, in line with business needs and program management methods & techniques, in order to deliver programs according to business objectives within assigned territories across Europe. During the execution of programs, the Program Manager is client-facing and the first person of contact on operational matters.

Your team and responsibilities

Your primary role would be to operate as a communication interface for our clients, suppliers, and our national and international colleagues. In consultation with our customer team, you will be in charge of planning, calculating, and budgeting our loyalty programs. Guided by expertise based on your statistical analysis, you will ensure the (inter)national flow of goods and the success of the programs. Risk management and troubleshooting as well as working independently and making profound decisions will be part of your daily routine. This position is based out of our HQ in ’s-Hertogenbosch. As a Program Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to solving challenges, other responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Creating projection (CRM data crunch, spend requirement, stamp value, mechanism, participation, product ratios, market RRPs check, collecting quotes for all foreseeable costs, etc);
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of loyalty promotions (in-store marketing materials, supply chain, etc.);
  • Develop a detailed program planning in alignment with sourcing, logistics & client to monitor and track progress for ensuring the programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
  • Risk management and decision making on a daily basis;
  • Successfully establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders involved;
  • Supporting on the internal approval process for new sales opportunities;
  • Provide and analyze weekly and monthly program results based on sales, deliveries, and stocks;
  • Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Bachelors or University degree;
  • 4+ years of relevant project management experience;
  • Basic understanding of FMCG & a commercial affinity are an asset;
  • Experienced with MS Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills & leadership ability a plus;
  • A strong and responsible project manager with a can-do mentality who likes to have a constant overview of a campaign;
  • Excellent language skills in English & German;
