As an ILP Project Manager you manage the realization process of products for Instant Loyalty Programs for food retailers. You advise sales and our sales offices about our concept portfolio and support to bring commercial opportunities to practical product realization. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired and approved artwork results, by respecting stakeholders’ guidelines and production timelines. This involves the full process from concept to sourcing in the pre-sales and after sales phase.

3 core responsibilities and duties of the role:

  • Be the primary point of contact for Sales and our sales offices for concept selection and realization
  • Manage overall alignment for product specifications and planning, with Concept, Content, Licensing and Sourcing
  • Manage artwork planning together with ILP Sourcing, guide artwork/creation and collect relevant artwork input and approval License holders.

Other duties include (but not limited to):

  • Maintain overview / keep control of project status
  • Build a bridge between sales and ILP department
  • Gather artwork input and contact / alignment with License holders on various points
  • Advise creative / smart solutions and consensus while considering stakeholder demands
  • Keep License holders approval systems up-to-date


What qualities do you bring?

  • HBO-level and 1-3 years of experience in project management;
  • Strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to multi task;
  • Creative and commercial personality with the ability to adapt easily;
  • Problem solving ability to anticipate to changing circumstances under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills with ability to maintain relationships;
  • Interested in what makes children happy.
