Your team and responsibilities
Our Project Management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy people and better business. We are looking for a new colleague to join our powerful team and work closely together with all other departments within BrandLoyalty as well as our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs in South Africa.

In the role of Project Manager, you will be:

  • In daily contact with the client and internal stakeholders throughout the life-cycle of every campaign, developing long-lasting relationships and trust;
  • Planning and managing loyalty campaigns in collaboration with internal resources, third parties for a flawless delivery of loyalty promotions;
  • Guiding the client’s project team on every step;
  • Owning the responsibility for the project to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget;Creating client offers (CRM data crunch, analysis of spending behaviors, market analysis and competitive check, collecting quotes for all foreseeable costs, etc);
  • Forecasting sales and ensuring a timely delivery of products in close alignment with risk management, sourcing, supply chain, logistics and client,
  • Collaborating with different departments for requirements of introducing products to local market;
  • Designing marketing activities to support sales performance;
  • Training store staff about the campaign (roadshows, etc.);
  • Analyzing and reporting on weekly and monthly program results, identifying reasons for campaign performance and taking actions;
  • Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.


Who are you?  

  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role such as Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Coordinator.
  • You are a proactive, persuasive problem solver and a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are flexible, can multitask, and pay attention to details;
  • You are not afraid to build relations with internal and external stakeholders and speak to everyone;
  • You have strong analytical skills and are good with numbers and data analysis;
  • You are passionate about what you do and think out of the box;
  • You have an excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills;
  • General University degree;
  • Previous experience or affinity with the retail industry is a plus;
