Program Manager

You are part of the program management department and sit within the Program management team in Japan. You report to the Head of Program management Japan.


You are an entrepreneurial spirit who will take on the management of customized loyalty promotions to a higher level. Program management will dive into data, analyze the program, identify the improvements and work on the program roadmap to efficiently deliver programs on time, within budget and scope, while having fun in managing customer expectations. Tasks & responsibilities

  • Analyze weekly program performance. Identify problems and drive improvement opportunities with all stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of loyalty promotions (in-store marketing materials, supply chain, etc.);
  • Own the development and maintenance of ongoing programs, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive business decisions.
  • Develop a detailed program planning to monitor and track progress to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget;
  • Successfully establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Sales support;
  • Learn and share best practices and insights with teams locally and globally for global improvements and alignments.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • A University Degree;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese & English (other languages are a plus);
  • 3+ years of experience within a Project Management related role;
  • Can-do mentality, as things can turn out to be different than expected!;
  • A flexible multi-tasker who enjoys anticipating changing circumstances, with attention to detail;
  • A real team player but also able to work independently;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI & SAP is a plus;
  • Strong analytical background (you enjoy working with numbers!);
  • Willingness to develop, learn and share knowledge.
