Program Manager Coordinator

Your team and responsibilities 

You will be responsible for managing programmes and loyalty campaigns for our clients in Brazil. Our Programme Management department is at the centre of our business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues through our loyalty solutions. You combine your leadership-style with being a team player with a broad vision that will work closely with all other departments within BrandLoyalty besides representing us to our clients in successfully loyalty programs all over Brazil.

  • Manage the Programme managers team;
  • Create marketing forecasting;
  • Keep track on the program schedule, managing deliveries and making sure that the projects are on time;
  • Manage deliveries and support different departments inside BrandLoyalty and inside the client to keep alignments;
  • Coordinating with different departments in headquarters (the Netherlands) for requirements of introducing brand and products to the local market in a marketing campaign;
  • Follow up on projects defined during briefing meetings;
  • Provide and analyze programme results;
  • Be responsible for training the stakeholders in all the programme process and concept in our clients' teams;
  • Daily contact with clients and internal stakeholders on the preparation process;
  • Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programmes;
  • Have a digital knowledge of loyalty programmes will be a differential.


What qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Marketing or Administration;
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent or Advance English – daily contact with HQ in Europe;
  • 3+ years of experience within Marketing / Account management;
  • Previous experience in managing a team;
  • A flexible problem solver/ keen multitasker, with the ability to anticipate changing circumstances.
