Program Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to join our dynamic loyalty business as a program manager, and no other than in our Japan office in Tokyo? Read on!

You will be part of the program management department and sit within the Program management team in Japan. You report to the Head of Program management Japan.

Your team and responsibilities:

You are an entrepreneurial spirit who will take on the management of customized loyalty promotions to a higher level. Program management will dive into data, analyze the program, identify the improvements, and work on the program roadmap to efficiently deliver programs on time, within budget, and within scope, while having fun managing customer expectations. We provide you with a lot of growth opportunities and the freedom to advance to the next level.

  • Analyze weekly program performance. Identify problems and drive improvement opportunities with all stakeholders;
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of loyalty promotions (in-store marketing materials, supply chain, etc.);
  • Own the development and maintenance of ongoing programs, reports, analyses, dashboards, and drive business decisions;
  • Develop a detailed program planning to monitor and track progress in order to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Successfully establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Learn and share best practices with teams inside and outside of Japan.
    You are expected to share and be shared our best practices and insights with other countries, so we can scale our business across the globe.

Requirements

Which qualities do you bring?

  • A relevant university degree and 3+ years of experience within a Project Management related role or various field experiences;
  • Problem-solving mentality, out-of-the-box thinking;
  • A flexible multi-tasker who enjoys anticipating changing circumstances, with attention to detail;
  • A real team player but also able to work independently;
  • Strong analytical/planning background (you enjoy working with numbers!);
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese & English (other languages are a plus);
  • Willingness to develop, learn and share knowledge + willingness to travel.
