Product Manager - Digital

To keep our leading global position in Food Retail Loyalty, BrandLoyalty is developing new and exciting digital innovations that deliver our loyalty programs with more impact to our Food Retail customers. As a Product Manager – Digital, you will work closely together with Business Stakeholders and Development teams to develop value adding digital and mobile tools and drive the adoption of these tools among users, which can be internal colleagues, external clients and/or consumers. 

Data Solutions manager “Client and Shopper solutions”

As a Data Solutions manager, you will be building the vision of our digital solutions that support and optimise the global execution of our current and future loyalty campaigns. You are responsible for the development and implementation of these tools globally, making use of your strong product development and project management skills.

For the development of these data solutions, you work closely together with internal and external development teams and experts. Local product ambassadors and end users give input for the continued development of your data solutions and fuel your product roadmap. You will also work with our sales teams to craft our story about BrandLoyalty's data tools and digital capabilities, methodologies, and the security of our solutions to aid in sales and client conversations. You have the ability to adapt these stories to the audience whether its the CTO, marketing director, or CEO of our retail partners.

The solutions you’ll be building will include consumer and client facing tools for loyalty campaigns,  productizing advanced data capabilities and models. These tools are implemented globally by the national sales organizations, giving digital superpowers to the loyalty campaigns they run in their markets, providing unique additional value for our clients. You will be the bridge between the business that utilizes data solutions and the development teams that build them.

- Creating and maintaining the product Vision with stakeholders

- Manage the product roadmap

- Project management of new digital developments

- Drive adoption by creating training documents and manuals

- Integrate Storytelling in our data tools and services

- Drive data maturity within the organization around how we talk and sell digital solutions to our clients



  • Bachelor or Masters degree;
  • 3+ years experience in product development in a B2C or B2B environment;
  • Experience in the retail industry an advantage;
  • Excellent Project & Product management skills;
  • Team player, able to build strong relationships internally and externally with clients;
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations, hands-on and self-supporting;
  • Fluent in English verbally and written;
  • Have an interest in analyzing the success of loyalty campaigns using data.
