Your team and responsibilities
As a Product Manager it is your goal to ensure continuous product availability for current and future loyalty programs worldwide. Together with your category sourcing team (Product Management, Sourcing and Quality) you are Brand Loyalty's knowledge center for the product ranges and concepts in the assigned categories. You know everything that is happening within your product groups. With the help of your category sourcing team it is your responsibility to manage these product categories including lead management, product development, and product data management. Your success will be in your ability to deal with challenges – such as changing requirements and fixed deadlines – and to keep developing and delivering the products needed, while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
