As a Pricing & Contract Manager your goal is to ensure the administrative process towards the sales pitch and the program are handled in the most accurate and efficient way possible.

You will be working closely together with the Product managers and Sourcing Managers in Den Bosch and Hong Kong. Furthermore, you will be in cooperation with internal stakeholders such as, program management, supply chain management, operations, finance and logistics

Responsibilities;

• Define the optimal logistical flow together with logistics/tax/program management;
• Analyse price level consistency (buying and selling);
• Support Sourcing managers during development stage ;
• Price calculations;
• Analyse European vs Asian production;
• Analyse Branded vs licensed;
• Set-up buying contracts;
• Creation of PO input forms;
• Initiate & support Process optimization cross departmental.

What qualities do you bring?

• Bachelor Degree;
• 2+ years of working experience, and administrative background;
• SAP or ERP knowledge is a plus;
• Excellent English language skills, verbal and written;
• Knowledge of the overall business process of procurement, supply chains, such as logistic;
• Experience with importing/exporting goods worldwide;
• Stress resistant with excellent planning and organization skills and ability to prioritize;
• Excellent follow up skills with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
