People Development Specialist

We need you to be strongly connected to an HR Business partner and his/her client groups. This way you ensure the right development interventions are placed at the right time to help BrandLoyalty and its colleagues move forward.

Together with a team of another People Development Specialist and a People Development Manager you create spot on solutions. This team is part of the HR team consisting out of a CHRO, HR BP’s, HR Operations and Rewards and Talent acquisition.

Your responsibilities

  • Conducts needs assessments to diagnose training needs related to the established business requirements;
  • Designs, develops, implements and facilitates development solutions;
  • You will have individual conversations with colleagues to help with development questions but also to explain for instance DISC reports.

More in detail:

  • You are able to formulate an updated vision on learning, bringing in fresh views;
  • Keeping learning up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and developments in the L&D field and adopting innovative solutions for current challenges;
  • You create new BL training courses together with colleagues in the business;
  • You create learning tracks for functional disciplines;
  • Continuously evaluates external training courses on relevance and quality and adjusts offer when needed;
  • You are in the lead for one or two other projects: for instance, Team development.


What qualities do you bring?

  • Master’s degree;
  • Have 3+ years of experience in an L&D-related role, in designing, developing, and implementing (blended) learning strategies, preferably in an international context;
  • Fluent in English verbally and written;
  • Facilitation skills and strong in one-on-one conversations (for instance DISC explanations);
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills;
  • Goal and result oriented, hands-on/can do mentality;
