Our operations department is part of the foundation of our business, where the Operations Analyst plays an important role in managing risk, working together with Sales on implementing loyalty programs.
The Operations department is responsible for global risk management, forecasting and demand planning. The Operations Analyst acts as the analytical and critical counterpart for the program managers on loyalty program execution. The Operations Analyst reviews and approves program forecasts, sales-based analytics and demand planning.
Next to this, the Operations Analyst ensures the numbers in our global sales forecast are accurate and up-to-date. Each Operations Analyst will have his or her own market(s)/countries to be responsible for.
