Our operations department is part of the foundation of our business, where the Operations Analyst plays an important role in managing risk, working together with Sales on implementing loyalty programs. 

The Operations department is responsible for global risk management, forecasting and demand planning. The Operations Analyst acts as the analytical and critical counterpart for the program managers on loyalty program execution. The Operations Analyst reviews and approves program forecasts, sales-based analytics and demand planning.

Next to this, the Operations Analyst ensures the numbers in our global sales forecast are accurate and up-to-date. Each Operations Analyst will have his or her own market(s)/countries to be responsible for.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure re-projections are optimal to best reflect the interest of both BrandLoyalty and our client;
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting of our programs;
  • Be the bridge between the Sales offices and Supply Chain Management to ensure Operational Excellence;
  • Review and approve program sales forecasts, delivery schedules and order planning;
  • Review weekly program performance data;
  • Approve re-projections;
  • Identify and limit possible (financial, stock) risks in programs, alert relevant internal stakeholders and push for actions;
  • Improve analytic methods and tools.

Requirements

Which qualities and qualifications do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience;
  • Good communication, negotiation and collaboration skills;
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skill is a must;
  • A critical and objective eye which helps you challenge stakeholders and make fair decisions;
  • Problem-solving - prioritising, decision-making;
  • Build strong international relationships;
  • Excellent in English language (verbal and written);
  • Experience in a dynamic and commercial role (ideally in an international organisation).
