Marketing Coordinator - M/F/D

BrandLoyalty delivers innovative, tailor-made loyalty solutions for the world’s leading players within the food retail industry. Our creative loyalty programs enhance the engagement of the consumers to the retailer and we take away any risk for the retailer due to our global scale.

As Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in helping our clients to execute successful loyalty programmes. With your hands-on Marketing experience, you are able to analyze information quickly and identify the retailer's challenge. Together with the local sales manager and various internal departments, you choose the right, standard or custom-made, loyalty solution for our clients. With your background in marketing, as well as hands-on project management experience you are able to create client-specific propositions and pitch presentations, that surprise and convince our clients to work with BrandLoyalty.

To deliver best-in-class pitch presentations and activation campaigns you are persuasive, can work together and are not afraid to take the lead, internal and external. The Marketing Coordinator is part of the local German Marketing team.


Your team and responsibilities

  • Understand the (marketing) strategy of your client(s);
  • Create client-specific campaign, stories and pitch presentations;
  • Develop on- and offline activation campaigns;
  • Brief and manage projects with our internal creative agency;
  • Project lead in various big pitch projects;

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing;
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in relevant industries; Retail / FMCG sector an asset;
  • Experience in direct client contact required; ideally agency background;
  • Hybrid between both offline and digital knowledge;
  • Experienced within Social Media / PR / internal and external communication;
  • A true marketer – ability to think conceptually and from different stakeholders (consumer, retailer, and business);
  • Can-do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated;
  • Strong project management and influencing skills;
  • Excellent German and English communication (written and verbal)
