As a Manager Delivery Operations you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concept development & Project delivery team, within the Entertainment Business Unit
Your team and Responsibilities;
In this role you’re responsible for managing internal and external resources, planning, budget, issues and risks of all projects running within the team. This can range from managing the team in preparing a pitch for one of our key clients to the delivery of a sold program within a tight deadline. It’s your responsibility that all the work within the team is well-organized, that it runs smoothly and that it's delivered on time. This includes communicating with internal stakeholders and various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page and projects stay on track. The Manager Delivery Operations leverages the available expertise in the organisation with the aim to shorten lead times and increase the service level of our loyalty solutions.
In this role you are part of the team Global Delivery Entertainment and you report to the Concept & Strategy Director Entertainment.
You provide daily operational leadership to the Concept team (5fte) and the Project Delivery team. The Project Delivery team also reports directly to you (3fte).
