Your team and responsibilities

Our Account Management department is at the center of our business, helping to create happy people. We are looking for a new happy colleague to join our powerful team and work closely with all other departments within BrandLoyalty. You will also be working closely with our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs all over Brazil.

• Keeping track on the programme schedule, managing deliveries and making sure that the projects are on time;
• Managing and supporting different departments inside BrandLoyalty and client to keep alignments;
• Coordinating with different departments in headquarters (Netherlands) for requirements of introducing brand and products to the local market in a market campaign;
• Follow up on projects defined during briefing meetings;
• Provide and analyze programme results;
• Daily contact with clients and internal stakeholders on the preparation process;
• Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.

What qualities do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Marketing, Administration,
• An excellent communicator (verbal and written) in English and Portuguese;
• 2+ years of experience as Marketing / Account manager;
• Experience with excel and powerpoint;
• A strong and responsible project manager with a can-do mentality who likes to have a constant overview of a campaign;
• A flexible problem solver/ keen multi-tasker, with the ability to anticipate changing circumstances;
• Passionate about coordination between all stakeholders from beginning to end, such as sales, concept development, design and supply chain.
