IT Support Engineer Intern

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer Intern. Within our growing IT department, we have a dedicated team of 2 responsible for all our first line of IT support. You will be the first point of contact for all our colleagues seeking assistance in technological issues related to hardware, software, network technologies, mobile devices, and applications at BrandLoyalty.


  • Manage local incidents by providing the shortest repair time possible.
  • Solve incidents according to end-users expectations.
  • Translate IT issues in less technical terms in communication with end-users.
  • Analyze issues by finding the root cause and initiate required follow-up.
  • Escalate to other solution groups and external vendors when their cooperation is required.
  • Learn to be a good listener and effective communicator to guide and support the end-user for the most effective use of IT-related devices.
  • Driven to deliver the most optimal end-user support experience together with the team.


What qualities do you bring:

  • Eagerness to learn within a cloud environment, nothing on-premise;
  • Outstanding listening skills in Dutch and English and strong communication skills in general;
  • A positive, service-minded “can do” mentality;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills;
  • A natural problem solver with a passion for IT;
  • Windows 10, Office 2016, Office365, Mac OS X 10.x, and IOS 1x working experience.
