BrandLoyalty is always developing new and exciting innovations to deliver our loyalty programmes successfully and better serve our customers. The Implementation Coordinator works closely together with Data Solutions and Programme Management to make sure our digital and data solutions are executed flawlessly and in time.
As an Implementation Coordinator you are the main contact for Programme Management and you provide them as well as other colleagues within the Operations team with the right insights coming from data and digital solutions. Having these insights will allow them to initiate product delivery and analyze results to improve our programmes and solutions.You are part of the Operations department and sit within the Data Solutions team of four Data Solution Managers. You will be working closely with the Creation department and use your insights to improve the performance of our programmes.
