Implementation Coordinator

Your purpose

BrandLoyalty is always developing new and exciting innovations to deliver our loyalty programmes successfully and better serve our customers. The Implementation Coordinator works closely together with Data Solutions and Programme Management to make sure our digital and data solutions are executed flawlessly and in time.


As an Implementation Coordinator you are the main contact for Programme Management and you provide them as well as other colleagues within the Operations team with the right insights coming from data and digital solutions. Having these insights will allow them to initiate product delivery and analyze results to improve our programmes and solutions.

You are part of the Operations department and sit within the Data Solutions team of four Data Solution Managers. You will be working closely with the Creation department and use your insights to improve the performance of our programmes.

Responsibilities


  • Set up the different data and digital solutions for new programmes jointly with programme management; that includes scheduling the start and end dates of programme implementations and monitoring the forecast for delivery, as well as the progress and performance of these solutions;
  • Respond to and monitor support-related questions from internal teams as well as our external clients;
  • Support Programme Management as well as other colleagues within the Operations Team on weekly reports and analysis of performance of programmes by providing them with the right data;
  • Intake of new clients including onboarding and following the process checklist;
  • Create small manuals associated with the delivery of the solutions;
  • Manage the support capacity and task distribution for working students;
  • Identify continuous improvements to the solution delivery processes, while utilizing user feedback.

Requirements

Who are you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome);
  • Project Manager attitude - a can-do mentality; likes to have the overview of a campaign;
  • Approachable, able to build strong relationships as well as enable your internal and external client;
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations, hands-on and self-sufficient;
  • Have an interest in analyzing success of programs using data;
  • Technologically savvy with an eye for detail;
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written).
