HR Operations Specialist

Your Challenge

As a HR Operations Specialist you will provide guidance, maintain our HR data and execute transactional tasks throughout the entire employee journey from onboarding until offboarding. As we are a global company, you will work for and together with our global HR team, legal department and multiple offices throughout the world. You will contribute in optimizing the HR processes and you will be the driver for projects concerning data management and operational compliance. You will be part of our Global Total Rewards & HR Operations team, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

What we’d like you to do

  • Optimize our global HR operations processes
  • Work together with our legal department on contract templates.
  • Develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the HR and payroll systems.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.


Who you are

  • HBO+ level education in administration or other relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a shared service center.
  • Experience with working in an international environment
  • Experience with Cezanne and AFAS is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software tools and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language, both spoken and written.
