HR Operations Specialist

Your Challenge

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will drive processes, maintain our HR data and execute transactional tasks throughout the entire employee journey from onboarding until offboarding. As we are a global company, you will work for, and together with our global HR team, legal department and multiple offices throughout the world. You will contribute to optimizing the HR processes and you will be the driver for specific subject such as health & safety. You will be part of our Global Total Rewards & HR Operations team, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

What we’d like you to do

  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the HR and payroll systems.
  • Handle first line questions from our employees and managers.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, performance evaluation forms.
  • Drive processes and projects related to health & safety.

Requirements

Who you are

  • MBO+/ bachelor level education in administration or other relevant fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a shared service centre.
  • Experience with working in an international environment, experience with work permits applications is a plus.
  • Experience with Cezanne and AFAS is a plus
  • Experience with ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’ and UWV portal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software tools and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language, both spoken and written.
