HR Business Partner

In the role of the HR business partner within BrandLoyalty you are a credible business partner for the sales departments within the EMEA organisation. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with the people side of the organization and to make sure human resource policies and procedures throughout the organization are properly applied to fit the needs, goals, and aims of the sales departments. As HR business partner you will be a part of a larger international HR team and work closely together with your colleagues from Talent Acquisition, Total rewards & benefits and People development.


Your team and responsibility;

As an experienced HR professional, you act as a partner to different business teams internationally with a focus on the Sales teams.

You transfer requests and solutions to departments and act as a trusted advisor with knowledge of our employees and business processes. Your broad experience and interest in the field of people practices (Leadership, succession planning, talent development, talent acquisition etc.) help you to support the growth of our employees and build strong teams within a complex and constant changing environment. Your challenge is to build the right relationships with the business and roll out new HR processes and tooling as well as successfully fulfilling the role of business partner to internal stakeholders.

  • The first point of contact for our employees and a sparring partner for the Business management;
  • The HRBP drives the annual HR cycle and is the linking pin between the business and the HR department;
  • Entrepreneurial and you proactively support the delivery of HR processes to the company;
    A strong sparring partner for people and organizational matters and able to build valuable relations and networks within the company and teams;
  • Experienced in successfully working together in a global HR team within different lines of
  • business;
  • Able to actively identify gaps, as well as propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks;
  • Talented in finding the right information on innovative HR related topics and able to share your knowledge across the business;
  • Authentic, diplomatic communicator, resilience, connector and good listener with empathic abilities.

Requirements

Who you are;

  • 8+ years of experience in the field of HR, business administration or legal and a proven track record within dynamic and international environments;
  • Experience with organizational change management processes;
  • Working experience within a global matrix structure;
  • Strong business insight, organizationally sensitive and a consultancy approach;
  • Data savvy;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
