What are your responsibilities?

Putting it simply, Club Leaf is a carbon offsetting app. By using Club Leaf, you can measure your carbon footprint. You can then reduce your footprint with our green tips and challenges. And you can offset your remaining emissions by supporting the very best accredited climate projects around the world. But we’re far more than an app alone. We’re a global community of people that believe in the collective power of individuals to make the world a better place! While we are based in the Netherlands, we are solving a global problem and launching in key markets across Europe and North America in 2022. We would like you to help us achieve this mission.

What you will do:

  • Inform and drive the strategy, tactics and optimization on Club Leafs marketing channels (SEA, Display, Social, SEO, etc.);
  • Identify new growth opportunities and pursue them;
  • Collaborate with product to translate customer and product feedback into marketing campaigns and provide input for funnel optimization;
  • Develop and own rigorous testing to continuously increase traffic and improve full-funnel conversion;
  • Measure the effectiveness of paid growth initiatives and devise measurement plans for high-impact marketing programs;
  • Creating, launching and managing multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, to drive organic acquisition, engagement and referrals
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continually optimise to maximize results;
  • Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities.

Your goals to achieve:

  • Grow our core metrics (revenue, retention, Daily/Monthly Active Users, ...) week over week on all stages of the funnel;
  • Own the marketing roadmap & build data driven marketing strategies;
  • You will need to make sure our users are the most engaged in the market;
  • We want to make sure anyone who signs up converts into a high value user.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You thrive in a start-up/scale-up environment where not everything is set in stone with strict processes. Next to that:
  • Hands-on experience in growing a performance-based marketing engine preferably in a high-paced startup/scale up environment;
  • Minimum 5 years of Growth Marketing;
  • Experience, preferably in a direct to Consumer Business focused on revenue and user growth;
  • Experience in online and offline marketing channels;
  • Great Problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrable B2C brand background and experience in a digital start-up;
  • Commercial marketing experience, understanding your campaign CPAs and pricing etc is paramount;
  • In-depth knowledge of dominant (paid) marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Drip, etc;
  • Strong data analytics & dashboarding capabilities in, for instance Tableau, Countly or Mixpanel.
