Facility Coordinator

Are you a type of person who can provide flawless execution of all facility tasks? Do you have previous experience with facility management? Then we have the right position for you as (technical) Facility Coordinator.

Your team and responsibilities
In this position, you will be part of the Business-driven Hospitality & Services Team. A small and skilled team of 10 people within which 5 from hospitality (front and back office), 3 from catering, and 2 from facility, all geared to support the core business.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for availability and functionality of (multiple) buildings;
• Managing suppliers and ensuring the right input for supplier instructions;
• Knowledge of laws and regulations and ensuring compliance within this area;
• Liaising with municipal or legislative authorities;
• Ensuring contact with subtenants and landlord;
• Contribute to strategic technical policy documents;
• Steering and coordinating; being able to start, manage and carry out technical projects independently;
• Providing input for budget and investment requests information;
• Head of BHV;
• In charge of MJOP (Meerjaren Onderhoudsplan).

Who are you?

• At least 5+ years of previous working experience in similar role such as (Facility Coordinator, Facility Manager, Technical Facility Coordinator);
• Technical business background is a plus;
• Previous experience with GBS systems, such as Priva;
• In possession of driving license – B;
• Possession of VCA-VOL is a plus;
• Good command of Dutch and English language and strong commercial skills;
• You are proactive, persuasive, and flexible type of person with strong organizing ability.
