Demand Management internship

We are looking for an intern to join our team in Hong Kong for a unique opportunity to dive into the data of our core business! 
Be advised: this is a position for 6 months.

BrandLoyalty designs, develops, and implements tailor-made loyalty solutions for high-end grocery retailers, to change consumers’ behavior.

Your team and responsibilities:

We are the Demand Management team! We use data insights to help the performance of the business.

We forecast demand, optimize deliveries to stores and minimize the impact from shifts in demand.

We provide actionable and timely program analysis using client data, BrandLoyalty data, and external data.

Construct a database to store structured and unstructured loyalty program data that we received daily

and to facilitate data analysis in order to deliver successful programs such as:

  • Special offer impact on program performance;
  • Seasonal effect on programs, etc.

Skills & Experience:

  • You can acquire hands-on experience on database building in a commercial setting;
  • You can work on real-life data of various clients across the retail industry;
  • You can acquire project management skills,

All of this by means of:

Data Extraction, Data Cleansing & Standardization, Database Building, and Data Loading, UAT & Production.


Who are you?

  • Year 3 undergraduate or postgraduate;
  • Relevant study e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems;
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python;
  • Clear communicator;
  • Excellent attention to detail & out-of-the-box mentality;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
