Demand Management Analyst

As a Demand Management Analyst, you are responsible to gather information, analyze operational risk performance, identify possible risks, and make recommendations for operational improvements to maximize program results.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• As a key part of the Demand Management team, you will work closely with Program Managers in Japan as well as supporting Account Managers across North Asia, South East Asia and Pacific to manage risk and optimize the performance of our Loyalty programs.

• Work with Program/Account Managers and Supply Chain to plan and optimize purchase orders. Lead the PO approval process with operations

• The focus will be on forecasting demand, optimizing deliveries to stores and working alongside supply chain and program/account managers to minimize the impact from shifts in demand.

• Provide actionable and timely program analysis using client data, BrandLoyalty data and external data.

• Work with the Consumer and Business Intelligence team on program analysis and process weekly or daily client data to update reporting tools for program managers.

• Support Operations on loyalty program design and review


  • Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, finance, or a similar discipline.
  •  A minimum of 3 years of experience within a commercial organization working with data analytics and data driven insights
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and numerical skills. Attention to detail.
  • High level of commercial acumen. Ability to identify potential business risks and to resolve problems
  • Confident communicator to senior levels within BrandLoyalty and our Clients
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese & English
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other analytic tools.
  • Out of the box mentality
  • Ability to travel regularly
