Corporate strategy specialist

We are hiring a Corporate strategy specialist who will collaborate with the Executive leadership team to develop and execute Brandloyalty’s long-term strategy (Plan 2025) and live up to our purpose of Next Generation Happiness.


Your team and responsibilities

As the global strategy team we serve as critical thought partners to our senior leaders to help drive tangible growth and galvanize our teams. You will work in cross-functional project teams and support general management around the globe in identifying and evaluating critical priorities and/or strategic problems that ultimately lead to decisive action. The projects/initiatives ranges from cross-functional innovation projects to developing new business models. In many cases, you’ll directly support senior leaders and act as their right hand, aligning and supporting their extended leadership team against the highest priority initiatives. You will report into the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, Siri Knutsen and work closely with the Executive board driving their strategic agenda.

  • You'll provide research and analytical support as part of a cross-functional team to identify and evaluate critical strategic opportunities.
  • Your main focus will be on strategy execution and implementation, including critical change management support.
  • Help develop innovative strategies that will drive our 2025 plan;
  • You demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Use analytics and operating models to support & visualize your story;
  • Whether you are investigating complex issues or identifying new opportunities, your work always comes down to one thing: unlocking value and creating real, tangible impacts.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, MBA or organizational studies
  • 3+ years of work experience after completing your degree at strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, corporate strategy, or relevant experience;
  • Fluent in the English language, verbal and written;
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally, in writing and though visualizations
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership, maximizing excellent written and oral communication skills
