Copy Writer

Are you that conceptual thinker who loves to create unique ideas and creative content for our Entertainment brands? Are you a self-starter with the ability to deliver under time pressure? Then we are looking for you!

Job purpose

As a Copy Writer*, you play a key role in delivering surprising and top-quality Entertainment concepts for our clients. This role focuses on creating creative content for the target group of kids (6-12 years). From writing the copy for a Disney collector’s album with 128 stickers to creating beautiful storytelling for a big client pitch. By working closely together with our team of concept marketers, product developers, designers, license managers, and project managers, you are part of delivering a concept from idea to launch.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop creative content (Master files) for different concepts and carriers – and create an engaging experience for the target audience
  • Carry out the necessary research to ensure that the concepts and content presented are accurate and conform to licensor guidelines
  • Prepare complete and accurate briefings for the design team so that they can visualize the content in the most powerful way
  • Work together with license partners like Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars and the manage approvals

The position of Copy Writer is part of the Entertainment Business Unit. In this position, you report to the Concept & Strategy director.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor's education level with 3 years of working experience in a creative environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong conceptual and creative skills within a commercial environment
  • Fluent proficiency level in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Proactive attitude, enthusiastic, energetic and opportunity-driven
  • Experience in writing / creating content for the target audience of kids (6-12 years)
