Communication Manager


As a Communication Manager you will connect, collaborate and create every day to deliver on BrandLoyalty’s internal communication strategy. You are eager to take on challenges and have a natural ability to transform conversations into meaningful and engaging stories. You simply love to write!

You’ll join team Corporate Marketing. A team that has won the “Team of the Year 2021 Award”. It’s a dynamic, driven and collaborative team. You will act as one of our trusted advisors to bring communications to the next level at BrandLoyalty.


Your responsibilities:

  • Create and implement ideas for the content across our internal communication platforms such as our intranet, internal newsletters or Business updates.
  • Develop and deliver an attractive and relevant internal communication plan and manage the communication calendar.
  • Create appealing pieces of well-written and impactfully designed content for all internal platforms.
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders within BrandLoyalty to identify communication needs.
  • Define new ways to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work and interact with board members and leadership teams on communication of strategic projects. Translating our strategy into easy-to-digest communication for our colleagues.
  • Support the Corporate Marketing team to drive buzz around our events.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to engage colleagues and initiate projects to delight and excite colleagues throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute our employer branding strategy.

Requirements


What qualities do you bring?

  • You need to love to write!
  • Due to business requirements, we are seeking a (near) native English speaker (and writer), any additional language is a plus.
  • Can-do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated;
  • You’re pro-active, detail-oriented and know how to prioritize;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communication or related field;
  • 4+ years of experience as a communication specialist, pre if it’s within the Retail / FMCG environment;
  • A true marketer – ability to think conceptually;
  • Experience with a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to see things in a different perspective
