Our operations department is at the core of our business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues! It holds the responsibility for global risk management, product approvals and commercial setup for loyalty programmes. As a Commercial Analyst, you would utilize your strong analytical skills to act as the critical counterpart for the program managers and sales on loyalty program execution. Your primary focus includes reviewing, approving program forecasts, sales-based analytics and demand planning. Your effective communication skills will play an integral role in closely cooperating & communicating with various internal stakeholders worldwide.

What will you do?

  • Ensure reprojections are approved to best reflect interest of both BrandLoyalty and our client
  • Identify & limit (financial, stock) risks in programs
  • Review and approve program sales forecasts, delivery schedules and order planning
  • Act as a liaison between Sales offices and Supply Chain Management to ensure Operations Excellence
  • Review weekly program performance data


  • First point of contact for a defined (set of) region(s), focusing on managing risk in the pre-contracted phase of the sales cycle within BrandLoyalty. You will be the contact person for your regional Sales Offices and sales managers before an offer will be made to our clients.
  • Product approval in SAP for the requested products as a first step. Secondly, you will discuss the initial commercial offer with the Sales Manager by taking into account all angles. Lastly, you carry the responsibility of offer approval before it is allowed to be pitched to our clients.
  • Manage internally needs and the required input from stakeholders of the other pillars in order to be coherent with internal business objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in applied Economics/Business administration/Statistics or relevant
  • 2+ year’s experience working with Power BI / Commercial Support / Data Analytics function
  • Excellent numerical/analytical skills for accurate analyses
  • Advanced Excel knowledge a must
  • Basic understanding of FMCG industry an asset
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills for stakeholder management
  • Fluency in English mandatory; any additional EU language a plus
  • Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau an asset
