Commercial Analyst

The Operations Department is at the core of our business, assessing the feasibility and success of our programs and working with teams across the company to help deliver to our clients. As a Commercial Analyst you act as a first point of contact for our national sales offices. Your focus will be on the pre-sale phase of new programs, combining data analytics and risk management to support sales offices throughout the sales cycle.

What will you do?

  • Be the first point of contact for a defined (set of) region(s) in the pre-sale phase of our business cycle, act as a link between HQ and national sales office.
  • Work closely with sales managers and program managers to reinforce the strategy of the company. It is your job to consider data analytics and market research insights to create tailor-made loyalty programmes and keep the quality of our business at a high level.
  • Evaluate and limit company risks in client offers.
  • Co-create, review, and approve commercial offers (projections) to deliver the best possible loyalty solution for all parties involved:
    • For the retailer – to support the objectives.
    • For BrandLoyalty – to minimize the risk and maximize opportunity.
    • For the end-consumers – to create a compelling offer.
  • Be part of multidisciplinary team(s) focused on key-client(s) opportunities.
  • Join client meetings to advise on programme mechanics and agree on programme performance metrics.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain the relationship with your counterpart at the clients acting as a subject matter expert / trusted advisor.
  • Act as an interface between national sales offices and the data analytics team to support the design of loyalty programmes.
  • Work with internal departments (e.g., Product Portfolio, Sourcing, Demand Planning) to ensure the feasibility of our programmes.

Requirements

What qualities will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Commercial Analytics / Data Insights function.
  • Excellent numerical / analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Hands on and problem-solving mentality.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Any other EU language will be a plus.
