Business Consultant

Your team and responsibilities
You are part of the Portfolio department and belong to a powerful project management team of Business Consultants, which work closely together with all the offices of Brandloyalty worldwide and all functional departments within BrandLoyalty. This is a new role within Brandloyalty and we are looking for someone who helps in further shaping the role and contributes to the great added value this role brings to our organization.

As Business Consultant you are responsible for orchestrating a multi-disciplinary collaborative approach to create the most suitable offer for our most impactful clients (e.g. global, top 15 – both short term as well as longer term). In the role of project lead, you leverage the available expertise in the organization with the aim to shorten lead times and increase the quality and value of our loyalty solutions.


  • You continuously challenge the client team members to ensure we maximize the quality of our output;
  • Get Client Teams and Projects aligned to leverage opportunities and reduce adverse impact of excess variation (risk, resource);
  • Strong focus on project management:
    • Drive and lead (multiple) multidisciplinary Client Teams towards challenging deadlines;
    • Create and maintain project one-pagers including objective & solution descriptions, financials, deliverables, timing          (milestones & deliverables) and team composition;
    • Monitor & manage progress, eliminating roadblocks and steering towards the desired output;
    • Provide, analyse project status (planning, risk-report, issue-report), with timely communication to the different Brandloyalty locations and Global Leadership Team and do post-mortem on the project;
  • Drive developments through the Product Development Funnel;
  • Daily contact with the relevant offices of Brandloyalty worldwide and Den Bosch office;
  • Thorough understanding of project financials, including business cases, cost control and financial forecasting.


Requirements and qualifications

  • 5+ years off strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment where you have worked with many different stakeholders;
  • Self-starting personality working in a structured way and eager to focus on the business;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • True connector able to work in close communication with all necessary stakeholders at different levels in our organization;
  • Team player with a hands-on but flexible mentality & can-do attitude;
  • Results-oriented, creative thinker, decisive, with networking and collaborative skills; affinity and experience with retail loyalty;
  • Very good understanding of MS Office.
