Art Director

Your team and responsibilities

As an Art Director, you will join our in-house Creative Agency. With a team of 15 colleagues, you will be responsible for translating marketing, concept and programme objectives, and promotional ideas into creative online and offline concepts and designs. With your all-round experience and drive, your mission is to bring quality to the next level.


Among other things, you will:

  • Illustrate, lead on the design and develop corporate and promotional items (i.e. main visuals, visual identities, sales presentations, brand decks, POS, cards, album, magazine etc.);
  • Work closely with and inspire concept developers, art directors, creative DTP and other internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain and develop a positive relationship with in- and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • A creative personality with up-to-date professional knowledge and expertise;
  • Passionate about graphic design and an eye for detail and nuance;
  • You’re able to work accurately and efficiently, also when deadlines are challenging;
  • Well experienced and fast-paced in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop;
  • A great team player who works well under pressure and with great social skills and a positive outlook;
  • MBO/HBO degree;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language, both spoken and written;
  • At least 1+ year of work experience in Art Director’s role within an advertising or design environment.
