Art Director

Your team and responsibilities

As an Art Director, you are responsible for the creative development and visualization of pitch presentations and other marketing tools for our Asia Pacific loyalty programs. You are an inventive individual and conceptually strong. You challenge and inspire and always strive towards excellence and help oversee day-to-day creative development. You will be part of the Global Creative team and have a direct reporting line into the Head of Marketing.


Key responsibilities:

  • Interpreting a creative brief and turning it into a compelling story;
  • Produce innovative ideas for loyalty campaigns in line with the creative brief provided;
  • Liaising with the Client Marketing Director and the Sales team to discuss client requirements and gain an understanding of the target audience;
  • Translating the Marketing campaign ‘Big Idea’ into the visual brand identity of our clients;
  • Producing key visuals for pitches and the marketing campaign;
  • Translate a briefing into a visual statement using Powerpoint;
  • Able to develop visual concepts which adhere to any brand style guideline and restrictions provided;
  • Work resourcefully, offering a variety of alternative solutions to creative problems;
  • The ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of internal stakeholders;
  • Don’t shy away from hands-on work, be ready to jump in with the highest level of design quality.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer + 1+ years experience as an Art Director;
  • Utilizing a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (Adobe Creative Suite) and Powerpoint to deliver creative solutions to the brief required;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong communicator in English, verbal and written;
  • Strong preference for candidates with APAC experience;
  • You're located in Hong Kong;
