Administrative Coordinator

In this role within BrandLoyalty, you are responsible for the administrative support of the Product management team. In this department, we work on the development of the product assortment used in loyalty programs and related to Cooking, Tableware, Home, and Leisure categories.

Your main task is to ensure the products are correctly uploaded to the product database, including the relevant (logistical) details and specifications. Our data quality is of high importance, and in your job, you play a crucial role in creating, checking, and maintaining this data.

Your team and responsibilities

  • Creation, check and maintenance of the product database with over 1400 active items.
  • Gather relevant logistical details and other product related information to create content for datamanagement to enter it into our SAP system.
  • Make sure product information is up to date, in the SAP system, as well as on our website and other tools/platforms.
  • Managing the filing of the product specifications sheets and taking care that these specifications are completed based on the input of Product manager, Sourcing and Quality department.
  • Support in (online) benchmarks to compare similar product assortment used in loyalty campaigns as well as available in regular retail
  • Create and maintain the Frequently Asked Questions list per category/product group . Based on this information you reply to consumer requests via BL care service portal.
  • You update the product information overview including leadtimes, minimum order quantities and other conditions for the active portfolio.
  • You support the Product management department with common activities regarding Brandbox- and category analysis, product-, concept- and trend presentations.


What qualities do you bring?

  • Several years of experience with data entry activities
  • Excellent Excel- and data management skills
  • Interested in or affinity with the product assortment
  • Working in a structured manner, good communication skills, able to work independently and being proactive.
  • Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
  • MBO/HBO thinking and working ability
  • Experience with SAP, Sharepoint and MS Office applications works to your advantage
