Account Manager


Your team and responsibilities

This is a pivotal role in (1) retaining and growing the current customer base and (2) implementing and managing client specific loyalty programs for our business in Indonesia.

Besides this, this Account Manager will also:

  • Manage relationship and discussions with C level clients.
  • Have daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders to implement and manage programs
  • Develop the concept for program mechanics, operational and supply chain procedures, marketing promotional materials and events, data analytics etc.
  • Lead and support program training sessions with client to ensure excellent program execution
  • Generate weekly program reporting, review program performance, forecast and monitor stock availability for program
  • Be responsible for program in-store execution excellence; lead program coordinators to conduct store visits.
  • Provide end program evaluation, customer market survey, data analysis

 

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management/Project Management/Marketing (preferably within an international environment)
  • Experience and confident in interacting with and managing C level   
  • Experience with the local market is an advantage
  • Understanding of the retail market is an advantage
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English are required
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with extensive experience in managing projects, timelines and attention to details
  • Problem solving skills with a positive can-do attitude
